Where in the "get this DVD for $1.95" does it say you are going to get an automatic debit to your account? Isn't this false advertising or failure to inform? I just wanted the DVD. I DID NOT authorize a monthly debit to my account. How do you contact this fraudulent company? When I called the phone number they on the DVD, I could not get anyone to answer. The recording just kept saying "your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line." How long do they expect you to wait? There is probably no one there to answer your call.

I purchased a dvd online for selling on ebay.

I own two websites online, one commercial, and work with another online company selling product. the other website I have is a web forum.

I have been ripped off in the past, and thought I took precautions.

this company took me for 120.00$ in three payments. the first charge I find in retrospect was from the company I bought the dvd from.
I never signed up for any program.
the next charges were from supposedly other companies.

today I noticed a pending charge, and recieved an email from someone I didnt not recognize, charging my account for 39.90

if it werent for that email, I wouldnt have noticed this for a few weeks.
recently money is tight, and I have been checking my account online more frequently.
I recieved no business support from their "program", and was never signed into their "program" to begin with. I cant access an account with this company, yet they act as if I supported this and started this all on my own.

no recording statement was made, and the lady that helped me at the company told me that they do not have any recordings of me giving the go ahead to join their program.

I never ordered their download, I bought a dvd. when I bought the dvd I remember looking to make sure I was not signing up for any additional program...
looking at their website they fully explain that with the download, if you dont cancel, you will be charged 39.90, they also state that the charge will come up as EZ INCOME...well, one charge did come up that way, the first, all the other charges were from supposedly other companies.

the put charges to my account from business ranging from travel agencys to get this, online banking.

also, they gave my phone number out to countless copycatters, as everyday now I get phone calls from nice people offering me business opportunitys.

my current commission business is done with a person whom I have never met in Brazil.
they send me thousands of product a year, and fully support all my costs, and fully support the website.
my sole income comes from a person whom I have never spoke with in person, and he has never asked me for money upfront.
that I fell into such a great situation is beyond me when I now realize that most people with online companies trying to help upstart business's are mostly RIP OFFS.

I have made alot more money online that I have lost, but it angers me just the same, these people depend on loose bookwork, and naivety, both of which I am guilty of.

I remember talking to the guy who sent me the dvd, he got my number somehow cause I just started another LLC business. this is the strange thing, that I initially did not search this company out, they searched me out. I have recieved mail weekly since starting the LLC, companies such as this must search public records to get their telemarketing leads.
