Easy Saver Reviews

BAD BUSINESS
I had the same issue as all of you. However, I called within 3 days of placing my proflowers order & was told the membership is cancelled & the money would be refunded in 7-10 days. We'll see what happens.

I filed a complaint with proflowers.com. I also filed a complaint with the FTC. I suggest that you do the same. It's online & easy to do. Just go to www.ftc.gov

The FTC monitors this type os issue & will take necessary steps if there are enough complaints & action is warranted.

Unauthorized Charges
Easy Saver charged my credit card $14.95 for a "service" that I supposedly signed up for when I made an order with ProFlowers. The Customer Service rep at Easy Saver, 800-355-1837, said she verified that I had clicked on "Agree" to their terms and conditions thus the monthly charges. She also said that I had received an email explaining the benefits of the Easy Saver and that I should have cancelled at the time if I did not want the service. I never agree to the service nor did receive an email. The CS rep initially stated that for another 0ne-time payment of $24.95 I could get a full year of service. I declined, asked for a refund and she replied that she had the authority to refund the most recent charge. I asked about a refund for the other two months and after several minutes of checking, the CS rep agreed to refund the additional two months as well. In closing the CS rep asked me to give the transaction two billing cycles to process. We'll see...

$14.95 monthly of Unauthorised Charges
I have three months of $14.95 on my credit card from Easy Saver, a membership program through ProFl0wers. At the end of purchasing my flowers they asked if I wanted $15 off my next purchase and asked for my email address. When you give them your address you authorize them to bill you for the membership club, but it doesn't tell you that up front. It comes in one of the various promotional emails from ProFlowers a few months later. I called to cancel and they argued with me to stay on board and told me they won't credit me back because I authorized by inputting my email address. I am canceled but out $45. These scams and programs are all over the place with online purchase - be careful!!!

Cancelling membership
Cancelled membership in March thought it was cancelled for good but they debited my account again in July for $20.00. I need my money back for them right away.

Charge on Credit Card
I have recently ordered flowers for delivery from Pro Flowers on the internet and also have received my recent charge card statement with a a charge of $14.95 for something that I did not sign up for nor did I authorize any charges except for the flowers and delivery through Pro Flowers. I need this charge taken off of my card and expect no further charges of any kind from this company.
Sincerely

deceitful dealings
When using a $10.00 coupon for another business, I signed up for "Easy Saver" without even knowing it. They hit our church account for $14.00 a month for seven months and twice in April. I received nothing for this service that I did not sign up for. This is very deceitful and also not wise to rip off God.

Charges
I did the same thing. Ordered flowers for my mother and finace's mother. However since we were charged the first month at the same time I sent in the required forms to get my shipping back, (that was their claim, to refund any and all shipping charges), I never got that $15 refunded to me. I emailed them to cancel my membership and they emailed back saying it was done. LIARS!!! I have since found two more charges.

I am going to be reporting them.

Unauthorized Charges
I recently noticed that my bank account was charged twice for the amount of $14.95 within 2 weeks of eachother for some company called Easy Saver. After reading some consumer posts I realized that it was a rip-off site. I guess these guys automatically sign you up when you purchase something online on specific websites. I think mine was because I sent flowers using Proflowers.com. I remember that when I sent the flowers I had an option to get free shipping, but I never was informed that I would be automatically signed up with this company Easy Saver. So they've been taking this money out and when you call them it's a recorded message that asks more my membership number. Supposedly I was supposed to receive a membership card in the mail, but I haven't seen anything. Hopefully my bank refunds me my money, but everyone know's that banks aren't really good at anything, but taking your money. So if you're thinking about ordering anything online make sure that you check for this hidden membership. Times are tough for everyone right now and this company is stealing money from people. Everyone should be working to boost up the economy and not bring it down so that a few idiots can get rich. I wonder how the people from Easy Saver can even sleep at night knowing that they may very well be taking the money from some people who need it to buy food for their children. One word Easy Saver, KARMA...It's a bitch!

$14.95 charges
We have just discovered the unauthorized charges that ProFlowers have placed on our credit card ever since we purchased flowers for Mother's Day. What a rip-off! Trying to take care of Mom led to these unknown charges, shame on Proflowers or Easy Saver for such a scam! We will be calling on the weekday to attempt to retrieve our charges. We have not had ANY benefit from being an Easy Saver member... didn't even know that we were.
