Unauthorized Charges
I have a charge for $ 1.95 Easy Saver on 5/29/09.
I have a charge for $ 14.95 Easy Saver on 6/29/09.

What is this? I have not authorized any automatic charges to my account for unheard of Easy Saver.

I want my money back and this company needs to stop scamming people.

Monthly STEALING
I see most everyone has connected EASY SAVER to Proflowers. Though I think another source is where my mishap may have come from, I will NEVER order from Proflowers again, just knowing they are linked to EASY SAVER!<br />

Unfortunately, I did not notice these charges until recently and am now dated back till January. Thank God, these charges were on AMX and they are not only going to block further charges (I'm having difficulty finding and canceling this thing!) but dispute and credit me up to four months of $14.95 fees.<br />

I'm an event planner and believe EASY SAVER is linked to a very popular on-line and catalog party decor and novelty company. Since I buy from many different sources, I'd rather not use names, considering it could be any one of them. But BEWARE, EASY SAVER is there too!!! This store had offered me a $10 coupon through EASY SAVER because I had spent a certain amount of money. I did not realize that $10 I was saving would cost me $104.65!!!<br />

Upon calling Encore Mktg, EASY SAVER, I was told that my questions could not be answered, nor could I be told what kind of company it was, what it sold or services it provided until I relinquished my cc#! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Hence the call to AMX, where I trust they will investigate to my benefit.

Easy Saver / Encore Marketing / Proflowers.com
I am a victim of this company's deceptive practices as well. I contacted Easy Savers at 800-444-9491 and simply told them I wanted the account cancelled and all previous charges refunded to me. The lady I spoke with didn't give me any resistance which I was very suprised about and said the refund should be reflected on my account in 7 - 10 days. She did ask me what dates the charges were made which I had already written down so I gave her each date I was charged which totalled up to be $76.70.

I have already filed a complaint with the federal trade commision and sent an email to proflowers telling them about my experience (not that they will care). In my area Citadel Media which carries several radio programs does advertising for proflowers so I am going to email them as well in an effort to inform them of the affiliation of proflowers and easy saver (again, not that they will care...it's just advertising dollars for them). I'll also file an unauthorized activity form with my bank and notify my states attourney general. I think thats pretty much all I can do and I feel pretty fortunate that i'll even be able to recover the money that I was wrongly charged.

charge on my card
i am reporting this company because they been charging my account with out authorization this is one of the reason i hate giving my cart on the Internet upset pls some buddy need to do something about this ...

fraudulent membership
I ordered flowers frm pro flowers.com and somehow wound up with a supposed membership to easysaver.com that I dont remember signing up for! I called the 800 number which I read from an email written by another person this happened to. I was able to cancel my fake membership but was unable to speak to a live person no matter which menu option I chose, so I am unable to get the funds back that they stole from me. I will never use pro flowers.com again they obviously are in the business of fraudulent activities and I want no part of it!!! Thanks to another persons complaint I was able to figure out what was going on with my credit card, so I hope this helps other people. Easy Saver should be sued for stealing peoples money!!!

Cancelled but keep getting charged!!
I have cancelled this service three (3) times and I continue to get ($14.95) deducted from my checking account. I guess I will have to hire an attorney to get this cancelled!!! This is fraud and I am angry about this company and will pursue something if necessary to get this cancelled!!!

unauthorized charges
I noticed in my bank statements a charge of 14.95 that I didn't buy. Digging a little further, I found that this company has been charging me for the last 4 months that price. I googled them, which lead me to this site. I read a few of the postings and found some useful information. Someone said to call this number (800)444-9491 and complain to the manager. I guess enough people have done that because when I called, the phone rep took care of the issue. She terminated my account and said that I should see my money back in 1-3 business days. We'll see...

Credit Card charge not authorized
Scam! Charge shown on record with a credit card. I do not know what this company does nor was I aware of this charge. Call the Company and can't find any record of my name or address but the charge is on my credit card. I ask for the Charge to be remove as per Federal Regulation E Complaince. I am waiting for the credit on my account.
This type of Company makes Internet Purchases not to be a good idea.

unauthorized charge after ordering from HDVision online
I ordered some HD wrap around sunglasses online and at the end of the sale I was informed I had won $10 off coupon, in the small print I read if I accepted the coupon I would be billed $14.95 each month for 'Easy Saver' I closed all my web pages and logged off.. somehow Easy saver got the information from IVP* HDVISION. I called HD Vision and the woman on the phone very rudely informed me there was nothing they could do and to call my bank and dispute the charges. The bank had no phone number so said call 1888 555 1212, they had no listing for Easy Saver, so I came online and found this page. THANK GOODNESS! I called 1800 444 9491 and spoke to Kimberly, after providing my name address etc she located an account in my name and email address!! information I had provided for HDVision on their 'secure' website. Kimberly was helpful and apologetic and assured me the account was closed immediatly and the charges would appear back in my bank account 7 - 10 days! I will never order from HDVision again

CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP
I need all memberships canceled NOW! My credit card gets charged for stuff that I never authorized.I get nothing and am paying for something.When I went to easysaver.com I just keep getting a page telling me 'can not locate your account'. It cage me a website to go to for customer service but the website doesn't exsist!

My name is Terry Marler and I don't want these charges on my card anymore!!!
