Easy saver
I looked at my bank account and there was a $19.80 fee pulled frommy account on 6/19/09, and also one from last month in May for $19.80 I did not give permission for either withdraw, i do not want your services, I have called you guys to cancel whatever account you guys have for me, and this has not been done, I'm still seeing charges on my account that I have not ok'd. I will be reporting this to the BBB, I hope you cancel whatever account is with you guys and refund my money to my account, I'm not happy at all about this.

unauthorized membership
I placed an order from Oriental Trading Company online and was automatically registered for easy saver membership. I never completed the registration for easy saver club and now I see by numerous complaints...I am in for alot of hassles to cancel this membership. I tried to cancel by going to their website and can find nowhere to cancel the membership only rip off complaints. I see by the numerous other responses this is a normal practice for this company...very bad business.

Unauthorized charges
I ordered a plant from ProFlowers in December 2008. In April 2009 I discovered credit card charges for $14.95 a month dating back to December 2008 for a merchant named Easy Saver.
This is a scam. When you order something from ProFlowers, they provide your info to Easy Saver and charge your credit card for $14.95 a month and hope you don't notice.
Don't order from ProFlowers unless you enjoy being ripped off.

Proflowers.com
I just noticed a charge for $14.95 on my checking account with the phone number above next to it. When I went to the previous month, it was there too. I then went back to ever bank statement for the last year and it is on every one of them. A total of $179.40 has been withdrawn from my account by a company that I never signed up with. I called the number and the automated system said something about Proflowers.com in it and then asked me to input my account number. Since I have never heard of Easy Saver but I have used Proflowers several times, I decided to call them. I was informed by the Proflowers representative that I had "agreed" to the transactions via an "electronic signature", which he then explained was merely click on the "continue" button. When I asked him if he would be upset if he was misled, the way I was, would he be upset, his response was, "Well I wouldn't have clicked continue without having read the fine print. So, to answer your question, no I would not." Long story short, I will be filing complaints with BBB and will never use Proflowers.com again.

unauthorized charges
I purchased flowers for my mom on Proflowers.com. I thought it would be nice to give her flowers. I have learned my lesson because I inadvertently signed up for some membership through easy saver. I don't know who this company is and why they charged me but I never authorized that. Where is the respect for people's personal banking information? I called the number that my bank gave me and Easy Saver was very prompt in refunding my money. Regardless, I think it is very shady and unethical of easy saver AND proflowers to scam their customers this way. I will never use proflowers again and will tell all of my friends and family about this so they don't get scammed as well.

unauthorized charges via Pro Flower
My credit card company called to verify account activity, and I did not recognize a charge from "Easy Saver". Apparently, when my husband ordered Valentine's Day flowers for me from Pro Flowers, he unknowingly signed up for "Easy Saver" which charges us $14.95 per month and gives us NO REWARDS, no benefits, and we didn't even know we "signed up"! The website www.encoremanagement is vague, at best, and gives no information. When I tried to remove the charges, I was told they could only remove 2 months. I insisted on all charges being removed, and was put on hold. This is how they try to keep your money - they tell you they are experiencing a "high load" of calls, and it will take a long time on hold. They try to get you to hang up, and just accept the refund of a month or two. Eventually, my original customer service representative; "Greg", came back on two times to tell me I was still on hold (uh, yeah). Then he finally came back on and told me his manager had approved him to remove all charges.
So don't hang up! Hang in there and get your money back! And don't buy from Pro Flowers!

Charges via Proflowers
Ordered flowers from Proflowers. At end, offered coupon worth $10 on next shipping. Off screen, unless you scroll down, is some small print that you have 30 day free trial and will be charged so much $14.95 per month after that. No indication that you are actually giving credit card info, etc. No indication of a charge of any kind unless you read this, and even there, no indication of an up-front charge. Had a charge of $1.95 show up the next day on my credit card from Easy Saver. I've called to dispute the charge, called Proflowers to let them know that I felt this was at best misleading, told them I am canceling my account... etc.
Then found there is no way to cancel the Proflowers account on line and no way to expunge credit card info. This is a double whammy. Rush Limbaugh and Shaun Hannity should be ashamed to support a racket like Proflowers.

Fraud
I had a fraudulent charge made on my credit card which forced me to look closely at the past months statements. I noticed more fraud in the name of Easy Saver. When I Googled, I found this very helpful site. Thank you everyone. I had also ordered from Pro.Flowers.com. I notice these complaints go back over a year! Why are they still allowed to put charges on credit cards in this way? If I had joined their "club", why was I still charged shipping?

Unauthorized Charges
I too bought flowers for Mother's Day and was charged the $1.95 fee and this month was charge $14.95. I really don't care about going through the hassle of getting my money back, but I have just used their online cancellation system to cancel my account. It said I should receive no further charges. I most definately will not be buying flowers online from Pro-Flowers. The sad thing was that I was lured into this by a college loan website thing set up by Sallie Mae (UPromise). Too much trouble to be worth the 'savings'. I will try to update this to see if they successfully stop charging my account. Glad I googled it, otherwise they probably would have charged me for months!

Unauthorized Charge
I just found an unauthorized charge on my debit card for Easy Saver $14.95. I had to call another number (not the one on my statement) to have it reversed in 7-10 days. I received this from ordering from ProFlowers. I just emailed them to let them know that they lost any of my future business because of something that I did not sign up for. You must call 800-444-9491 and demand your unauthorized charge. I hope that ProFlowers loses a lot of business because of this scam.
