Unauthorized Charges
My complaint is about ProFlowers, when I order flowers, I did not expect to be put in an Easy Saver Program. I'll never ordering from ProFlower again. I have been ordering flowers on line for about 5 years now. NEVER AGAIN!!! I did not understand that when I ordered flowers, I would be charges for a program I did not want to have, or try.
This is wrong for Companies to push programs on you to try and you are expected to cancel in 30 days. Who remembers to cancel.

Unauthorized charges to credit card
I also have had unauthorized charges to my credit card account and contacted my credit card company. The problem is also that they have tried to charge my checking account and also my Discover Card in addition to my Visa. How they found out this information, I do not know. But I hope this has finally stopped. Do not order from ProFlowers.

Fraudulant withdraewels
I purchased flowers from ProFlowers on Feb 10, 2009 & $1.95 was debited from my check card for Easy Saver. I didn't realize this until March 22, 2009, when my bank put a hold on my account. Easy Saver tried to debit $14.95 from me again on March 15, 2009, but the bank wouldn't honor it. I now have to cancel my card & get a new one. My account will be frozen until then. All of my business is done with my card. This scam organization should be dealt with severely & shut down.

auto billing
Easy saver got my credit card number an started auto charges my credit card 19.95
i never ordered an didnt authorize this .
I filed dispute with credit card company. I have been charged 2 months for services i didnt recieve or want . scam.

Unauthorized Check Card activity
My Visa check card was charged $14.95 from Easy Saver, but I have never even heard of this company. I did not sign up for any subscription, nor did I give any other company permission to give my card information to any third party. I cannot speak to a live person because they are conveniently not open on the weekends.

Unauthorized Charges
I ordered flowers through ProFlowers.com and in order to get to the checkout, I was directed to view easysaver.com. I did not accept their offer for service and processed my flower order to my daughter. The next thing I know, I have a $14.95 charge on my bank statement for Easy Saver. This was my second purchase through ProFlowers.com and I read all the material regarding Easy Saver the first time. I did not agree to their service!! This is a fatal flaw for anyone purchasing from ProFlowers.com and I am not the first customer to have this issue. The flowers were great, but I will never purchase flowers through PROFLOWERS.com again!!

FRAUDELANT CHARGES ON MY C/CARD
I have been billed by Easy Saver Rewards (EASY SAVER 800-355-1837 PA and MD) for $14.95 per month since making a purchase on Proflowers.com. i did not authorize any charges from them I JUST SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE PROW FLOWERS AND THEY WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY BACK .

Fraud- Total Scam
Proflowers is connected to a company called freeshipping.com that offers you free shipping on your purchase when you sign up to their program that costs $14.95 a month. I'm told by entering your email and zip code you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. This is complete fraud and illegal. The charge comes through as Easy Saver or EMI Encore Marketing. Call 800-444-9491 to have the charges removed. I have reported the company to VISA and the Better Business Bureau. As reported by the customer below me, I'm interested in being part of a class action lawsuit if one is created.

proflowers and easysaver
Same story here - I ordered flowers in September on ProFlowers, "accepted" some kind of discount, was charged $14.95 for 7 months before I finally figured out what this was. They were very pleasant and agreed to refund all charges.

Coninued Billing related to ProFlowers
I purchased flowers from Pro Flowers and was then put into a contract without knowing consent that has cost me over 150.00 to date. I only found this out when I called my credit card company to ask about a charge for 14.95 per month that continued to appear on my statement. They told me this was a frequent event and that I needed to cancel a subscription that I did not know that I had. Crazy and expensive. I will NOT ever purchase flowers or services from this company again.
