unauthorized Charges
On 12/23 I ordered flowers from ProFlowers and probably clicked a box that said save an additional $10.00. I saw a charge of $1.95 immediately after the ProFlowers charge for the flowers and really didn'y think about it. I missed the $14.95 charge in January, but caught it in February. I immediately contacted VISA who inturn stated that they'd contact EasySaver and cancel my "subscription" and request one month's credit be given. That was as much as they could do. They, however, recommended that I contact EasySaver and request the balance be refunded. I'll be doing that tomorrow and following the many great suggestions found on this site. Be careful out there. I thought I was!

Unauthorized Charges
I purchased flowers from ProFlowers and was immediately charged $1.95 from Easy Saver. Then for the next 6 months charges of $14.95 appeared on my VISA. I never authorized these charges. I initiated a fraud investigation with my account and they refunded the money and closed the account. Will never purchase from ProFlowers again.

Unauthorisngly charging my credit card
While going through my Credit Card statement I found that monthly $14.95 is getting debited from my account by name of "EASY SAVER 800-355". I called-up my Bank and they provided me number of Easy Saver. I have never authorized "Easy Saver" to deduct this reccuring amount from my credit card.
On this blog I found that I am not the only person who has become target of this fraud. What all can I do in case they refuse to return my money back?
Easy Share customer service is not open on weekend. I will call them on weekday and will also coordinate with my bank to prevent it happen again.

Unauthorized Charges
I was reviewing my credit card statement when I saw a charge of $14.95 for a company called Easy Saver. I went back through my statements and discovered that this company has been charging my account for several months. I didn't question it at first, because I do sometimes buy small items over the internet and the company name may be different than the one I purchased from. To make a long story short, in June of 2008 I purchase items from Blair House. Supposedly there is an option at the end of the purchase to get a $20 savings on your next order. Thinking that that's a good deal, I clicked on the offer, not realizing that after 30 days I would be charged a membership fee of $14.95 a month for Easy Saver. This is truly a scam and unless you read and understand what you are accepting on the internet, you will be charged these amounts. I called Easy Saver at 1-800-355-1837, and disputed the charges and requested my money back for all charges. I spoke to the first representative who could only credit back 2 of the charges. I then spoke with an account specialist to agreed to credit back the balance, which I was told would take approximately 2 months.
I suggest that you read carefully when offered savings and check your credit card immediately after receiving it and if you see anything for Easy Saver, immediately call them at the number above and inform you to cancel your unauthorized membership.
Also, contact the company from which you made the original purchase and inform them of the practices of this company so they will consider discontinuing their association with them.

Unauthorized charges
Answered an ad for a list of used cars in my area. Charge was $1.95 for the first month to get the list. I was given a date to cancel by or I would be charged $19.80 per month thereafter. Before the first month expired I called back to cancel because I had not received their list. Was assured by the operator that my subscription was canceled. Over a two month period of time, three different companies have charged my account $19.80.
I have called Bargain Network to no avail. I am now pursuing action through my bank to try and stop the payments.

How do they get your Credit Card number? I certainly did not give it to them! Could my Bank (Wachovia) be involved in this scam?
It makes me think that my Bank may be in cahoots with these
scammers. How did they get my credit card number?
I CERTAINLY DID NOT GIVE IT TO THEM.
Do I need to have my bank change my account number?
This company-EASY SAVER- charged my acct. for no reason.
What disturbs me even more is, how did they get my card number?
I promise, I did not give it to them.
This is really scary. This is the second time something like this has
happened in the last two months.
What do you suggest as a way to stop this fraud?
Thank you very much.

Unauthorized charge
This company sent me a brochure in the mail telling me I am already a member of Easy Saver. And it told me to go online at the web address they provided to see what it is all about. I went to the site but did not sign up with any of my account infromation. Next thing I know there is a charge of $14.95 from my account by Easy Saver. I am very upsert about this and will like to know the steps to make an official complaint to stop any future charges and to get my money back. Please help.

Unauthorized Charges
Like many others, I was scammed by Proflowers.com and their association with Easy Saver. After completing my order I was asked if I would like to save $15.00 on my next order. All I had to do was enter my e-mail address. Apparently by doing so I was signed up for a service that for the first month is $1.95 and them more thereafter. I was never informed I was signing up for a service with a monthly fee.
This is a total scam and it is unfortunate that so many people get mis-represented by Proflowers. When you call Proflowers, they claim they cannot do anything about it and give you the Easy Saver phone number (800-355-1837). They say it was simply due to a banner ad which they have nothing to do with. Well of course they do since their web site causes the banner ad to pop-up.
Shame on Proflowers for doing this. What I thought was going to be a good deal turned out to be a total scam. Plus their flowers sucked and I complained and they are sending out a replacement set. When the original order arrived they only lasted 2 days and then started to wilt and turn brown. They never opened up. What a crock. I should have paid the $30 more and ordered them from my local florist. At least the money would have stayed in my community then.

Unauthorized charges on credit card
Do not ever order flowers from Pro Flowers...they have been charging our bank account from a purchase made in 2007 for flowers at a rate of $14.95 per month for Easy Saver...who orders flowers and pays $14.95 to get them at a discount. That is why you go online in the first place. They know this is a rip off and tell consumers we must have signed up for it...That is ridiculous!!! I will never do business with them again.
