unauthorized charge
I want Easy Saver to know that my membership was cancelled 3months ago and if they do not refund me my money I will sue them for my hardship for fraud and stealing personal financial information . I will not tolerate that kind of business . I have already contact my bank .

I dont recall having to pay for anything on easy saver. I dont even know what it is. It just showed up on my bill statement.

why am i being charged
i'm being billrd $19, 80 every month for what? i don't understand what this is.we sent sevral e--mails to you saying we do not want this .but you keep billing us, STOP RIGHT NOW.

charged my card without my concent and knowlage
i recently found out that there is a charge on my credit card from some place called Easy Saver for $8.00 that i had not concented to nore did i even know about and i have never even heard of this company before. what do i do about this?

unethical business practices
Unauthorized charge on my credit card. I looked them up online to see who they were and found the multiple complaints from others, which I very much appreciated and used to stop this fraud. While they also told me I pressed a button at the end of a Proflowers order, I had not even placed one. My sister placed one FOR me. This should be illegal for both Proflowers and Easy Saver. I clicked nothing! Proflowers has my credit card from earlier purchases, and as others on this sight, I will not be purchasing from them anymore.

UNKNOWN CHARGES
I noticed a 14.95 charge from Easy saver on my bank statement and had no clue what it was. Apparently they have be charging my account 14.95 since April. I didn't catch on til now. I called easy saver and after the rep tryed to make me stay a member (which I don't ever recal signing up for), she finally told me that they would refund all of the money after I told them I would bring a fraud suit on them. You have to get mean with these people otherwise they won't help you. They kept telling me that I signed up for this program. I don't recal signing up with them!!! So far only 1 charge had be refunded, I've been waiting a week now for all 6 charges and the 1.95 charge to be refuned. Watch out for this SCAM!!! For people who don't pay much attention to the bank statements. Please be very careful what and where your putting in your credit card information.

unethical business
My husband ordered flowers on ProFlowers.com back in March for his mother & his daughter-in-law. He clicked on a link to save $15.00 on his next purchase, and inadvertently was enrolled in Easy Saver. We have been billed on our MasterCard $14.95 per month since March! I pay the bills & assumed this seemingly insignificant charge was for something my husband had ordered. However, when this month's bill had 2 charges, I called the toll-free number & discovered what had happened. My husband was appalled! The number I called agreed to reimburse only the last payment. Thanks to an internet posting by someone named Tommas, I FINALLY got to a supervisor who addressed the problem. What a PAIN!
