Unauthorized Charges
I am horrified that I have been a victim to such a scam as this. I too ordered flowers from ProFlowers and for one year I have been charged 14.95 a month. I thought the monthly charge was from my Health Club and only realized today that it was not. That is when I decided to investigate. I am going to go on the radio with our local Scam Alert and expose Easy Saver and ProFlowers. Shame on you Proflowers...Many people will be made aware of this fraudulent situation. I have yet to get a penny of my 179.40 back. Just notified my credit card company.

Unauthorized Deductions from Checking
After responding to an advertisment for Hydroxatone, I was pressured by the salesperson to try the great savings membership program American Leisure and Easy Saver. I was sent a welcome letter in July with information regarding my account and advised that I would receive materials, which I never did. My enrollment date was July 2, 2008 with a $16.95 monthly fee. In the months of August, September and October they have deducted from my checking account $16.95 twice a month. I have tried to cancel via telephone and internet without successful attempts. The cancellation website is bogus! I guess I have to cancel my checking account to prevent no additional deductions. There should be a class action lawsuit on this company to put an end to their scam and make them repay all those affected.

Unauthorized charges on credit card
I found 7 unauthorized charges on my credit card from a company called Easy Saver. I have no receipts to show I authorized said charges to the tune of $14.95 a month. Thank you for this website so I may contact the company & file a complaint.

Fraud & Deceit
When you call the number to cancel, the recording puts you on hold then give you a phony url to cancel online. Also, sales pitch was you would get $25 Wal-Mart gift card just for trying put the form to return says "You must be an active and paid member at the time we fulfill your request" and "allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. By that time you will have paid about 2 times the monthly fee of $14.95 and probably will forget to cancel future charges. What a racket. We all should contact the Maryland Dept of Consumer Affairs and its Attorney General.

unauthorized charges
I have no idea who these companies are or what they do for people except take money from them without you knowing. I just checked my bank account and had two $16.95 charges for easy savers and american leisure which I do not know anything about. I got the number to call which is 800-444-9491 to see what was going on and they told me I signed up fot these services when I ordered a FREE ebay start up kit. So I asked her how was I supposed to know if I dont get anything stating that I am a member. How can I even use what you offer if I dont know what you do or how to use it. She stated that I should have canceled within 30 days of the trial period. WHAT TRIAL FOR WHAT!!! What am I tring lady!!! She said calm down and she would refund my money for both american leisure and easy saver. we will see if it happends. I asked her how can you work for a company that steals money from people and she said is that all I can help you with today. She knows what they are doing.

Scam
Unauthorized credit card monthly charge for services not applied for or wanted. This sleezy scam buys credit card info from someone you give your number to then gives you 30 day free trial before charging for so-called discounts on hotels rental cars etc. You never receive anything from them but a monthly bill, in my case 14.95 a month. I think mine came from checking my credit report on free credit report .com i paid one dollar for processing fee and whamo they got me. I am fighting to get this off my credit card but am told that thousands of seniors like myself get scammed each month. I checked with better business bureau in Pa. and found they have had 377 claims against this company in the last 36 months.

took 14.95 out of my bank account
Ive never heard of these ppl. Easy saver they withdrew $14.95 out of my bank account without permission. i would like the money put back in my account. thank you

I ordered from Pro Flowers 7/4/08 I have since been billed $14.95 on 8/1/08 and 8/30/08!
