unauthorized charges
I too was hit with unauthorized credit card charges by Easy Saver after I bought flowers from Proflowers online. I looked at, but did not enroll in, the Easy Saver shopping club offer. Nevertheless, they charged my credit card for months (lesson for me - check all charges each month) before I realized it. Having read the complaints on this website, I e-mailed my complaint with exact dates and charges to Easy Saver with a copy to Proflowers. I received a response the next morning from Proflowers with a phone number to call to cancel my membership. Apparently, Proflowers had done some advance calling because the Easy Saver customer representative I spoke with immediately cancelled my membership, said I'd have a full refund, minus 2 months charges, on my credit card within a few days, and the rest would be sent in a check within two weeks. I e-mailed Proflowers to let them know the outcome and received an immediate response thanking me for involving them and for letting them know the outcome. They specifically noted that most people on the complaint websites had not contacted Proflowers.
So, if Easy Saver got your credit card info through the Proflowers site, my advice is to contact Proflowers with your complaints either along with or prior to contacting Easy Saver - and do it on e-mail so that you have a written record.

Husband ordered flowers from proflowers.com for me for valentines day. it was a sweet gesture, but the "discount" program offered at the end of the sale was the scam. They automatically enter you into a $14.95/mo program and you have to call to cancel.
If you've purchased from proflowers.com, please check your bank account and call ASAP to get a full refund on this program! The flowers were awesome, although very overpriced. Stick with a local florist for your deliveries.
Pic below of how it showed up on our bank acct. The phone number to call and cancel is 800-355-1837

Unauthorized charges
I found charges for $14.95 on my bank statement this morning and when I investigated I found this company charging me monthly. When I tried the website it did not work and then I found this complaint site. I called the number provided by other helpful victims and called to cancel 800-444-9491. They said they would refund the $14.95 charge for April but not March and February. I am calling my bank and also Pro-Flowers because I believe this happened when my husband ordered flowers from them. Buyers beware and read fine print when shopping online.

CARD CHARGES
After sending Thank You flowers to a kind person, I started getting charges on my credit card monthly for $14.95. Since I was busy making arrangements for knee surgery and then having the surgery I was not aware of this situation until now. Find this a very annoying and troubling thing that is now hard to remedy and recover fully from. This should not be allowed as a tag on to on-line transactions.

Unauthorized Charges to Debit Card
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~SHOPPERS BEWARE!!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I noticed an unauthorized charge on my March 2010 bank statement. After checking my bank statement from the previous month, I noticed an unauthorized charge on it as well. The charge was listed as "merchant purchase terminal, " indicating that they stemmed from a purchase I made either at a retail or grocery store.
Unauthorised withdrawal
Easy saver or whatever you decided to parade yourself; is fraudulent and should be stopped by the authorities. What gives them the right to charge peoples account and take their money without permission or in this case - my own.
I have never done business with you in any shape or form so i don't know how you illegally acquired my account number to make such with drawals. I want you to stop any fake deduction and refund my money immediately. I am fully ready to take this matter as far as seeking legal damages for your act. You have robbed me and should pay.
You have to be stopped one way or the other . You should have the full weight of the LAW on you so that you do not rip people off. I am very sure you do not have any proof of me purchasing anything or even doing any form of business with you. I WANT MY MONEY!!! You are certainly not going to have anything from my account in the future - I intend to warn my bank about your scams.
Meanwhile i am going to pursue this matter till i get my settlement and even more.
Unauthorized Charges
We ordered supplies for our office from Oriental Trading Co. We were unaware that we were also signing up for Easy Saver (whatever they may be). They charged 14.95 to our account and would have continued to charge us monthly fees if we did not catch it! There are lots of companies that run this scam all the time...I'm disappointed in those better known companies like Oriental Trading Co. and ProFlowers that allow these scum bags to do this!
Call 1-877-699-9619 and provide your address and the account will be cancelled and your money refunded.
billing
After seeing a year's worth of charges for Easy Saver, from a ProFlowers purchase, I got online to find out what it even was. That is when I saw this site with the hundreds of complaints. Since it seemed that many people reported they the company would actually credit the charges, I called 800-444-9491 and calmly requested that they credit all of the charges, which they agreed to do. Then I called my credit card company to report this. They asked me if I had anything in writing, email, or even a reference number, which I didn't. So they called Easy Saver for a three-way call, and we got the credit reference number. So my message is, make sure you get it in writing plus the reference number. Otherwise, you have only a prayer. I learned this lesson from an encounter with AOL several years ago. How is there not a class action suit against Proflowers and Easy Saver? How do they stay in business operating this way? Good luck.
