Fraudulent Credit Card Charges
When one places an order on ProFlowers.com, one will be offered a discount on one's next order if one signs up for the "easysaver" program. This program appears to be run by ProFlowers, but is run by a separate entity.
Somewhere, in very fine print, one is told that the program is free for 30 days, but if one does not cancel, one's credit card will be billed for $14.95 per month.
I do not remember ever giving my credit card information directly to Easy Saver; I believe that they got it from ProFlowers. I could be wrong, but I do not remember giving this information to them.
I was billed for a number of months before I noticed the charge, as I shop online a great deal and have many charges on my statement; $14.95 did not stand out. But when I cleared my credit card, it did.
The credit card company can only contest one billing cycle, so one can only recover $14.95.
ProFlowers cannot do anything about it, because Easy Saver is just an "advertiser" on their site and not part of ProFlowers.
There are many complaints about Easy Saver online. They are a corrupt and dishonest business.
I recommend that as many people as possible call ProFlowers and tell them that as long as they are affiliated with Easy Saver, customers will not use ProFlowers.
ProFlowers is culpable in this matter, even though they deny it. I called them and told them about the deceptive practices of Easy Saver and warned them that they will lose business and eventually be sued by someone.
I am placing a complaint with the BBB against both ProFlowers and Easy Saver, and I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office in Maryland against Easy Saver.
Easy Saver is Easy Theft by Deception, and it must be stopped.
Thank you for reading my comments.

Charge w/out authorization
I also ordered flowers for my Mother and Grandmother for Mother's Day and charges began showing up on my debit card for 14.95 twice monthly from a company called Easy Saver. I called the company and they did reimburse my money, but I will not use Pro Flowers again and I am reporting both companies to the BBB. Beware and keep an eye on your statements!!!

Unauthorized charge
I noticed a bill on my discover card from easy saver. I don't even know who they are, but upon checking my search engine, I discovered that a lot of other people have received unauthorized charges. I have used ProFlowers.com in the past, and suspect that this is where the charge came from. How do I get rid
of this charge and keep this from happening in the future.

Unauthorized charges
Bought flowers with pro-flowers also and some company called easy saver stole my account information and billed me 14.95 directly from my account. Do not buy from pro flowers. I did not authorize easy saver-whoever they are-to bill my account for anything. I do not know what they even sell or what service they claim to provide. I just noticed this, but i will go back and see how many months they have been charging me. BEWARE!!

Unauthorized charges
I purchased flowers for Mother's day for my mother in law. I noticed a two charges on my credit card for 14.95 by easy saver. I did not recognize these charges. I went on line and found other people with similar complaints. I remember applying for a free shipping of some sort, but never did I want to become members with easy saver. I don't even know what they are about. I called pro flowers and they told me to call back Monday and will do a three way call with easy saver. Well see what happens but I want my money back total of 30 dollars in charges. If they refuse I will threaten them with BBB and the media for their fraudulent ways of tricking people and making charges. I will never do business with pro flowers ever again!!! One more thing, when i called my credit card company they gave me few suggestions. Call with cell phone to get evidence you called and also get account cancellation number and who you spoke with as well.

Credit Card charges
I just noticed a charge of $14.95 on my account from Easy Saver. It is because when I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law thru Proflowers.com the "trick "you into accepting either the "free" shipping or a discount on your next order. Well in a few weeks you will see that shipping ins't free and that now you are signed up with Easy Saver. This is BS. I found this web site and by calling the number listed, got in contact with Easy Saver and they said they will credit my account, the bogus charges. I really hope they do! I called Proflower to let them know what Easy Saver had done, well they could care less. They stood behind Easy Saver and told me it was my fault for signing up for the discount. Well- thats another on-line business I wont use again, and I hope that everyone that reads this, tells their friends and no one uses either Proflower or Easy Saver.

False billing
I ordered my mom a plant for mothers day and immediately got a charge from easy saver for 1.95 and then again for 14.95 about a month later. I did not know what easy saver was and so I googled it. Man did I see web sites and blogs regarding complaints about this same issue. The interesting thing is I never clicked on the coupon that everyone was talking about. I will not use your company again.

Unauthorized credit card charges
I have been billed by Easy Saver Rewards (EASY SAVER 800-355-1837 PA) for $14.95 per month since making a purchase on Proflowers.com.
One complaint listed an Easy Saver number of 800-444-9491. I called, gave them an earful, and they quickly offered to credit my card for all charges. Be sure you get a transaction/reference number from them.
I also called ProFlowers and gave the same to a customer service supervisor, including making him promise his boss would sent an email apology. I'd like to be there Monday morning when (if) he tells the boss what he promised.
Be firm, be assertive, accept nothing less than a full refund and an apology. We all probably clicked without reading the fine print, but that doesn't make their methods ethical.
