AUTHORIZED CHARGES
Give me a break. I came across the same charges on my statement. HOWEVER... I am smart enough to check my statement regularly and picked up on the enrollment with the initial charge of $1.95! If you don't check your statements - well, then I call that STUPID. After I called to cancel, I went back to the PRO FLOWERS site and checked to see how "fraudulent" it was. IT'S NOT. A WHOLE page comes up offering a discount on your next purchase... TELLING you that that discount includes the 30 trial of Easy Saver. You actually HAVE to enter your email address AND zip code ANDDDDD click on "enroll me now" !!! If you people can't see that, you don't need to have a credit card OR bank account. I too called to cancel. I spoke with a perfectly lovely customer service representative who was more than helpful in explaining the enrollment process as well as refunding my money. All I had to do was request it. These poor people you are calling have NOTHING to do with the enrollment. They are just the unfortunate souls who have to deal with hotheaded idiots like all of you. What the heck are you getting out of being rude and demanding to these people! It's a job. How would you like people to call YOU all day and yell at you????? You get alot more with honey than with vinegar. LEARN TO READ AND OWN UP TO YOUR OWN MISTAKES. This is a perfectly ligit company. I have looked into it. They have been in business for longer than I am old, and if you think being a bunch of idiots in denial is going to bring them down... well, continue to waste your time. However, I would suggest you spend that time learning to READ rather than yelling about someone "stealing" your money when it's your own fault. Jerks.

charges not signed up for
Thanks to everyone for their comments on Easy Saver / Pro Flowers. I had no idea what the charge was on my credit card, but after researching on the internet and finding this page I realized I had just purchased flowers from Pro Flowers and the Easy Saver charge was the next day. I put the 2 together and called Pro Flowers. Sure enough, that's where the charge came from. I never signed up for anything, and was told it's a pop up box on the Pro Flowers site, so probably one of those that trick you into clicking the wrong box to close it. Unbelieveable, so many scams out there. Be careful.

Unauthorized Withdraws
I have been charged $14.95 each month by Easy Saver. I NEVER asked for their service!!! I had ordered some products from Oriental Trading and was told that I excepted their membership at the end of the order. That never happened!! I will be calling and demanding all the funds that were taken out of my account be returned. This is stealing!!! I never received any information from Easy Saver. Times are tough and unethical practices like this are unexceptable!!! Beware when ordering from Oriental Trading!!!

ProFlowers
I can only add to this list. My daughter's boyfriend ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter on their anniversary. He lives in Germany. She is visiting in Utah. He just called me because there was a charge of EUR1.30 on his credit card and his bank was suspecting fraudulent activity. He had also received an email from ProFlowers stating his credit card had been declined. I called ProFlowers and spoke to "Minder". At first she claimed no knowledge of the EUR1.30 charge origin but the relented when I kept probing. She tried to explain the Easy Saver action and offered to call to have the "membership" cancelled. After I hung up I checked for Easy Saver Rewards on line and found these pages. I called ProFlowers back to express my outrage. I am surprised no one has been able to stop this company's practices after all these complaint. Please call the Better Business Bureau or file a complaint on line.

Fraudulent Charges
I ordered flowers from Pro Flowers, and somehow Easy Saver got my credit card information and they have charged 14.95 to my credit card. I am disputing the charges through my credit card company as I am unable reach a representative. I have sent e-mails with response that they will reverse the charges, but they have charged my credit card again.

Automatic Charge
You can add me to the long list of people who inadvertantly signed up for Easy Saver. After ordering from Pro Flowers, they ask you if you want $15 off on your next order. If you say yes, they sign you up for a 30 day free trial. Only the free trial is not free, they immediately charge you $1.95. I called the toll free number on my charge statement, 800-355-0584. The customer service person was very friendly and quickly took the $14.95 monthly charge and the $1.95 fee off of my credit card. Apparently Pro Flowers has at least two of these kind of scams when you order: Easy Saver and Free Shipping. The flowers I ordered were nice but this type of scam is very close to unethical. I will not purchase from Pro Flowers again.
