I, too, have been fraudulent billed for unauthorized
charges for $14.95 a month. I do place online
product orders but never received an email from
Easy Saver to respond to or where they obtained
my credit card information, possibly collectionsetc.com or terrysvillage.com. I have no
idea what this "alleged" saver club is all about.

I noticed a $19.50 charge on my bank statment and I called 877-844-9544 to find out what was going on. They informed me they had no record of me having an account with them and couldnt explain why I was being charged. After 20 minutes I got no resolution, they said they would call me back, but no response yet.

I was going through my transaction history on my bank account today when I noticed a $14.95 charge that had been going on for the past 4 months, listed as "CHECKCARD 09/02 EASY SAVER 877-844-9554 MD" Having no idea what this was, I gave them a call. After a brief hold, a woman came on (who was very kind) and I asked her what this service was, and told her that I never signed up for it. She gave me a brief (30 seconds maybe) sales pitch about how they help you save money on travel expenses and other garbage. I asked her how I was signed up for this, and she told me that after I put my email address in for an order at ProFlowers.com I was signed up. I told her I thought I was tricked and would like a full refund of all money charged to my account. She was very nice and said she would cancel the service and refund all of my money to me, and that it would show up in my bank in 7-10 business days. We'll see.

My wife & I have never ordered or received anything from this company.We have been billed $16.95 from May 2009 thru August 2009. They have never told us why or what we are being billed for. I think the persons involved should be put in prison & pay back all money involved & the company be put out of business.

I was going over a bank statement for my mother who is a stroke patient. There was a debit for 16.95 from a company called Easy Saver. My mom does not know the company. Nor has she ordered anything from them. Yet there is this debit and it caused there to be an overdraft fee for 33.00. I am having no luck getting any response from them. I am wondering if the attorney general is someone who should be contacted about this. The last I heard, a company could not charge an account with out notice and that there had to be some sort of merchandise or service that was being received in lieu of charge. My mom has nothing and never received anything. Nor does she even know why they would be hassling her.
