Don't use them
I will NEVER use Proflowers again to order flowers. I was hit with their scam and charged 14.95 per month for a service I did not want. Proflowers shared my credit card information with a another company without my knowledge and I had better receive a full refund from them. I will make sure to let everyone I know NEVER to place an order thru Proflowers or anyone else affiliated with them. I just spoke with a representative from Proflowers and they clain the Easy Rewards Customer Service closes after 9:00 p.m. I asked for the name of a person and phone number to call first thing in the morning and they were unable to give the information to me. I believe my first phone call will either be to the BBB or the Attorney General's office.

charging credit card for unauthorized membership
ProFlowers gave them my credit card and suddenly I start receiving charges for a membership in a rewards program. I was billed for several months before I realized that my husband did not order anything and it was because I placed an order with ProFlowers. I contacted Easy Saver and spoke wih "Janet" who said that they would reimburse me right away for all charges. I hope they do.

unauthorized charge
I can only add to this list. My daughter's boyfriend ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter on their anniversary. He lives in Germany. She is visiting in Utah. He just called me because there was a charge of EUR1.30 on his credit card and his bank was suspecting fraudulent activity. He had also received an email from ProFlowers stating his credit card had been declined. I called ProFlowers and spoke to "Minder". At first she claimed no knowledge of the EUR1.30 charge origin but the relented when I kept probing. She tried to explain the Easy Saver action and offered to call to have the "membership" cancelled. After I hung up I checked for Easy Saver Rewards on line and found these pages. I called ProFlowers back to express my outrage. I am surprised no one has been able to stop this company's practices after all these complaint. Please call the Better Business Bureau or file a complaint on line.

Unauthorized Charge
I made a purchase with Oriental Trading Company at the beginning of October and yesterday found a charge of $14.95 to my checking account. I never joined their program and did not receive an email or letter confirmation. I have contacted the in regards to this unauthorized debit. As well as have put my bank on notice.

Unathuorized charges
How does this company get away with this. They have been accessing my account for a least 8 months. How do I stop it short of cancelling my credit card and getting a new one? This company has been taking $14.95 out of my account without authorization. This kind of activity needs to stop and we should be able to sue them for the illeagal access to my bank
account.Does anyone know of a place to report this illegal ativity? Maybe if enough of us report this activity we can get it stopped. I can't imagine how many $ have been given to this company for nothing.

Beware
Easy Savers Rewards company have abused my trust!
How it worked : I bought flowers from Pro-flowers.com, then my debit card information was used (I do not know whether or not it might be even bought?) by Easy Savers Rewards(company), they charged me $14.95 monthly membership fee I was not even aware of! It has been four charges made to my debit card account until I rediscovered it!
I called to company representative (phone # they provide on the bill when they charge your account), requested to cancel the membership and return all my $60.00 back. They promise to reimburse my account $60.00 during 5 business days.

unauthorized charges
I was also charged the $14.95 and $1.95 for 4 months. I can not beleive that proflowers.com would be associated with this company. Now 2 companies will never get a positive feedback from me although the flowers were beautiful I have plenty of florists in my neighberhood. However when I called easy saver Delores agreed to credit my account ASAP, so I am assuming they are accustomed to this practice now. Wow this is a complete wake up call for me. Be careful what boxes you check on the internet and always read the fine print. Make sure you get your money back. All I trying to do was send lovely flowers to my mother-in-law for mothers day and this company took advantage of that. NICE !!! Another thing that is amazing is when I typed in easy saver on google all of these complaints were the first things that showed up. HINT! Thanks to all who helped with the information of easy saver and proflowers will not be getting my business. Again the number to easy saver is 1-800-444-9491. Check you account if you have ever used proflowers.com

Unauthorized Charges/Membership
I dearly love oriental trading company and have gotten some great deals from them for my upcoming wedding BUT Easy Saver Rewards latched on to my credit card through them. Luckily I checked my credit card account and caught the $1.95 they charged to it which was probably for some sort of trial. Anyways I never did anything other than possibly click on the wrong thing upon check out. I vaguely remember accidentally clicking on something about that but never gave them any information nor did I want their product.
I will still be shopping online but will be super careful upon check out because it looks like t his happens with other websites too. Careful what you click on!
