I ordered flowers from ProFlowers.com and after accepting a coupon for $15.00 for Free Shipping Rebate I was charged $1.00 by Easy Saver and $1.95 by EMI Encore Marketing. Apparently, like other posters on this board, I was signed up for a "discount program" that I agreed to by accepting the free shipping rebate. I disputed the charges with my credit card company and cancelled the cards. I also made use of the information on this site to contact Easy Saver - fortunately I got them to cancel the "free 30 day trial" and got a number that corresponds to my cancellation. I also asked for an email to be sent to confirm it in writing, but I haven't gotten that yet (not sure that I will).
Follow the advice of the earlier poster and do call this number: 800-444-9491
I plan to file a complaint with ProFlowers.com and will not be using their services again.
