Used Proflowers to purchase mother's day flowers and didn't realize intil November that these thieves had been hitting me for $14.95 every month since then.
Took a lengthy phone conversation to a smarmy forgeign sounding (imagine that) woman named "Alice" who promised to refund my money.
she said she was "very sorry for any misunderstanding". I told her it was not a misunderstanding, just outright theft. Long story short, getting my money back and won't be stupid enough to ever do it again!

Easy Saver has ripped me off of total $179, 40 after I sent flower to an american friend via proflowers.com. Thanks internet I was able to find out who is Easy Saver who has been unauthorised billing my credit card with $14, 95 per month, which I found out only recently. Since I live in Athens, Greece and currency is Euro, this billing was coming in Euro, so I had thought of some european subscribtions I had. I could never imagine that such a thing is possible: you buy flowers in internet and anothr company starts billing your c.card.
My question: through my internet research I came upon that there are hundretds ( if no thousands) complaint about this malpractice and fraud of Eay Saver. Why isn't there any government authority, general attorney, federal organisations etc stopping this fraud?

I purchased flowers for my mom on Mother's Day on ProFlowers.com after which I was congratulated for receiving $15 off my next purchase. All they asked was your contact info, etc. I received an email shortly after stating stating something about Easy Saver. I went to the site and saw that you had to pay to sign up, I never did.

Fast forward 3 months and there is a hold on my debit card for $14.95 on a day where I scheduled no bill payments and literally spent no money. I called my bank and all they could give me was who submitted the payment Easy Saver, the state (PA) and the phone number 1-800-444-9800.

I promptly called the number, was greeted by someone named Lori, who seemed to know exactly why I was calling. She canceled and credited the money back to my account. I totally agree that Easy Saver willfully uses unethical business practices. Had I not checked my bank records for this month, they would just continue to deduct money from my bank account unnoticed.

To say that I am irate is an understatement. I will never purchase from ProFlowers again! I will tell everyone I know about this!
