Easy White Labs Reviews

company refuses to refund for unwanted product shipped to me after I cancelled agreement.
After cancelling my membership within the 10 day trial period I continue to be billed and receive the product that I cannot use due to its harsh ingredients.
The company refuses to give a full refund for all unused and uncompromised products shipped after my cancellation.

FRAUD
I EMAILED FOR THE FREE SAMPLE IN MAY OF 2009. AFTER READING THE FINE PRINT I EMAILED THEM TO DISCONTINUE IT IMMEDIATELY, PLUS I PHONED AND HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. I HAD IT SHIPPED TO MY SON'S ADDRESS, NOT MINE. BEING THAT I CANCELED, I DID NOT MENTION IT TO MY SON. THIS IS AUGUST 18TH AND I CALLED MY BANK TO SEE WHAT MY CHECKING BALANCE WAS. I WAS IN THE MINUS!! I USUALLY DO MY BANK CHECKING OVER THE PHONE IN THE AUTOMATED SERVICE. TODAY I LOOKED AT THE PRINTED STATEMENT I RECEIVED IN THE MAIL AND SAW EASY WHITE FOR $85.18. I CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER AND TALKED TO ZAK #143. HE DENIED MY CANCELING AND TOLD ME THAT I COULD NOT RETURN THE UNUSED PRODUCTS. MY SON THOUGHT SOMEONE WAS SENDING THESE FREE TO HIM, BUT NEVER OPENED THEM. ZAK THEN TOLD ME THAT A NEW SHIPMENT WAS ON THE WAY BUT HE WOULD CREDIT ME$45.00 AND TO KEEP IT. HE THEN SENT ME AN EMAIL THAT STATED I WAS FINALLY CANCELED FROM THIS SCAM. IT IS MUCH EASIER TO TALK ABOUT THIS THAN TO PRINT IT. WHAT CAN I DO TO GET BACK$355.71?

Scam and deception
The company lures you in by sending you a free sample but ask for your credit card information to charge the shipping, which is 97 cents. This charge appeared on my credit card and was what I agreed to. However, 7 days later a charge of $78.23 appeared on my credit card. They would not let me return the product. Definitely deceptive business practice.

Charges
Ordered teeth whitening product on 7-19-09 and when I got the receipt and it explained how the program worked I cancelled online. I didn't receive the product after almost 2 wks so I called and was told they had cancelled the shipment and I would not be receiving any product to return. They had given me a RMA # when I cancelled and gave me til 8-6-09 to return the product but I still hadn't gotten it. Five days later I got the product but had missed the return date. I called and spoke w/John. He refused to give me full credit even if I returned the product. The best he would do was a $35 + tax credit. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They were not very helpful at all.

Fraud
This company has got to be breaking the law! They cannot charge my credit card for amounts that I did not agree to. I only authorized the shipping charges. When I called the company to complain and cancel, I got a lot of static but I hung on the line anyway even as I was getting background noise and feedback of my own voice.

I was told by their c/s rep.that I could not speak toa supervisor becasue they were ALL in a meeting. She alos told me taht even if I returned the products, I would not be given back the money they stole from me.

I was charged a total of $150.00 for the "free" trials. All I had to do was pay the shipping charges. They refuse to reverse the charges so I contacted my bank to stop payment. My bank informed me that I could not stop payment on a card charge, but their claims department would help me dispute the charges.

I am so disgusted I have returned the unused packages. No way do I even want to try these products. No whitening product will ever be able to fix this kind of shady business.

Cheating
I participated in the so called '10 day FRee Trial', In reality it was a 4 day trial. It took 7 days for the product to arrive. The company disclaimer states the trial period starts from date of order. The assumption is that the product would arrive in at least 2nd day process, not 7. It is my belief the company relies on the long delivery time knowing the consumer assumes either a quick delivery or assumes it actually begins on date of receipt of product and plans on sufficient time to contact them to cancel.

In my opinion this could and should be inspected by the Unites States Postal Inspector for potential mail fraud. The use of the U.S mail to potentiall defraud the consuming public.

I would be very interested in joining with others to take this approach. If anyone is interested please respond through this web service.

Fraudulent company
Ordered sample of Easy White Lab's teeth whitening product along with a similar sample from another company. Both products were advertised together.

All I had to do was pay the shipping (which is how they get your credit card information).

Both companies charged my credit card for the shipping which was minimal. I was surprised when my credit card was charged over $150 for both products, and I had not received ANY product from either company.

When I contacted this company, during the normal business hours, I selected the option to speak to a customer representative. A representative never answered and I was sent directly to a voicemail to leave a message. I've tried several times to reach them and end up leaving a message for them to call me back. I still have not heard from them!

I tried to dispute the charges with my credit card company, but was told the charges can not be disputed.

Ultimately, I am out of over a $150 bucks, but hopefully, this will spare someone else the heart ache and anger from being Ripped Off!

Free trial for whiter teeth
I ordered my free trial kit and was charged $78.63 on my debit card before I even received the product. Then when the product came the kit was used with no product to try out and there was a teeth tray case with no teeth tray.I'm still trying to get someone to listen to me. So far no luck. Judy

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
I orderd the trial offer from Easy White on May 2nd. They offer a trial period before they charge for an auto shipment. I received the product on May 8th. I contacted them on May 18th and asked to cancel my account due to sensitivity to the ingredients. They charged my card on the 20th for an auto shipment. When I contacted them, they refused to refund my money. They said the trial period ran out on the 17th and it didn't matter when I received the product nor when I contacted them or why I cannot use the product. They considered the 2nd the first day of the trial period, said they couldn't track product deliveries. They did say I could have called for a trial period extension, but that was my responsibility. THIS IS A SCAM - they are not consumer friendly. I am working with my bank to reverse the charges.

Fraud-Shady Business Model
I ordered their trial, and cancelled within the given trial period.

I was told over the phone by one of their reps not to return the product, that I would not be billed any further charges...

WRONG. They scammed me. They will scam you too.

If anyone is interested in a class action Lawsuit, I'm looking into one.

I've also filed formal Better Business Bureau Complaints, I have contacted my Credit Card's fraud division, as well as the Police Dept in Boulder Colorado to file charges against them for Internet and Mail fraud. I will also be contacting MY police dept here in Waxahachie to file a report.

I was practically made fun of by the customer service reps from Easy white, and basically told I was stupid and they didn't care if I was happy or not.

I even have the product here unopened, which I offered to send back to recieve my refund, which the promtply brushed off saying "If you do that, you'll just lose out on your product you paid for as well." SCAM, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They specifically told me, "We wouldn't stay in business long if we refunded people their money."

WOW, so RIPPING them off is MORE important then having them be happy? Wow, GREAT business model.

We see how that turned out for Enron, WorldCom, etc... If anyone from EasyWhite is reading this, I would be more then happy to drop all my claims, disputes, police reports, etc if you refund my credit card.

I'm Donnie, at Zip code 75165.

I know thats enough info for you to find me. Call or email.

If not, I WILL be opening a website COMPLETELY designed to steer folks AWAY from your site. I will list EVERY single BBB complaints, every complaint I can find on the internet, and make SURE you guys have as little business as possible. I'm not your average user, and I will NOT give up until I make sure your company rectifies this with me.

I don't care if I spend $10, 000... I do NOT like being lied to or ripped off.
