cancel order
ordered a trial off, paid shipping cost, cancel the order with the 10 day terms, recived a cancel confirmation, still was billed full charge for the product. Called easy white spoke to Jack x138 told me he could not give a credit and i would have recieved a confirmation email the order was cancel. I DID NOT get an email or a credit.

STUPID EASY WHITE!!
I guess I shouldve researched a little more before I sent my request for a free trial. Because I was scammed too.. Uggghhh!!! So crapy im out $80.00 or so for some stupid crap i havent used. They should be punished

teeth whitening scam
they claim you have a 10 day free trial, but the trial starts from the day you order.
It took 6 day for mine to arrive and then in the leaflett of product disclaimers ( which no one usually reads) they enform you that after the 10 days are up you will be charge 78.23 from your credit card if you decide not to keep the kit.
when i called to cancel i was given a hard time and was told I would have to pay for the return shipment.

Unauthorized Charges
Paid for shipping ($6.99) on "free" sample. They got the credit card number that way. Two weeks later my account has been debited $78.36 for my "subscription." I didn't sign on for that. However, went to Easy White Labs website and clicked "cancel my subscription, " all that was needed was my email address, which they already had, no more $$ info. I hope this works and that the charge will be reversed.

billing surprise
I, too experienced the charges to my credit card without any authorization except what they claim is 'clearly evident' in their printed material. This was not disclosed in their 'promo' material at all.
Another company that partnered with them in this scam is Advanced Wellness Reasearch, another teeth whitening company. I called to cancel the shipment and asked about the charges and was given a whole new 'sales pitch' from a 'non-english speaking' individual who proclaimed that the medical community endorsed the product and for me to continue using it for another 'couple months' to get the full effect of whitening. I explained that my gums bled after two uses and he advised putting the teeth mold into ice water before adding gel and inserting into the mouth. What utter nonsense.
I kept telling this individual that I did not want any more product and wanted the charges dropped. He insisted I keep the shipment and use it until I got the desired effect. When I asked him if he was a Dr or Dentist, he said no, but still gave advice contrary to common sense when one has difficulty or adverse affects from a product. What jerks these companies have representing them, and to think of the possible effects it could have on someone who follows their advice.
I say 'buyer beware', and for my money, see your dentist before venturing into one of these 'deals.'

Scam/Fraud
Easy White teeth whitener is a scam and fraud organization. They offer a free sample for shipping charges only for $6.99 and don't explain that they will then charge your credit card for$78.23 for the sample. You have to locate the terms and conditions located on the bottom of their advertisment in small print to find this out. It states that if you are not satisified with the product you won't be charged if you call and cancel within 10 days from your ORDER date.
Here is how they work it: you order on day one they ship on day five which takes seven to ten days in the mail so you are twelve to fifteen days into their 10 day limit to cancel before you receive the product.
Pretty nice scam...what a fraud. Don't order Easy White, better yet credit card compains should blak list this company.

Don't fall for the trial offer gimmic. Its a rip-off
they advertise for a free trial, was suppose to be a promotion. NOT! Took ten days to arrive and not able to cancel on line .The product made my teeth hurt, making them very sensitive to hot and cold.That turns into a charge of 78.23 charge on your bank account. The reps didn't want to honor you with a cancellation or refund.
BEWARE of that Free Trial offer...It'll cost you.
