The "free trial" is only good for 10 days from the Day You Order The Product. On the 11th day they charge your credit card 78.23 for keeping the "free trial" kit. In my situation, I ordered the product on the 22nd of April, received it on the 26th and was charged 78.23 on the 27th.
If you think about it, by the time you receive the "free trial" it has to be tested within approximately a week.
If you do not like the results, you have to call and get a return authorization and send the unused portion back to the company within that week.
I tried calling them at 1-866-660-5724 and was "transferred" to another line where I remained on hold for 25 minutes listening to elevator music. No recording stating the company name, or "we appreciate your patience" etc., just music.
I hung up. I have tried on three separate occasions with the same results. (I did not wait as long before I gave up!)
I plan to contact them directly if I can "locate" a real facility at the address given.
I will do my very best to warn as many people as I can that this is a scam.
Do not fall into the same rip off trap that I did.
My husband said it was too good to be true and he was right.
