I have been with this hosting company for about 1 year already in total I have paid them 250.53 (USD) for there hosting.

First of all the owner is completely rude when you submit a ticket in it takes them at least a week to respond to your request.

You call there number (no one ever answers or calls you back)

Just recently last month paid my hosting for my other company only to find out that the website has not been working for 2 months, thank god I have IT experts working for me what they did was transfer my domain and they created a new website (this normally would have cost me) 15 hours at lets say $50.00 per hour $750.00 if not more...

I reported them to ENOM and also the BBB in there area... please don't get them anything for you
