had a very upset experience with EasyClickTravel agency for booking hotel.it has a very bad customer support. i had unfortunately used the above agency to book a hotel, Pavillon Republique Les Halles in france from 18th Feb to 21st Feb 2011. receipt no: 12078754. The hotel charged me extra charges on taxes on my checkout day which I did not have to pay according to the terms with the agency.
i seek help with the agency, after many rounds of emails exchanges, in the last mail, they wrote:"The additional taxes that were charged by the hotel are not covered under our room and taxes and are charged by the hotel as an incidental. We are not responsible for any additional taxes. Any further action will need to be taken with the hotel."
Also, we did not consume the drinks charged by the hotel but we were rushing off to catch a plane. we asked them to verfiy this as well but they ignored.
do you feel that its very bad customer services? its obviously they made a mistake by not telling the hotel staff clearly that we did not have to pay. By making a mistake, they took no actions to help vulnerable customers like us. In fact, they are dragging the case since feb till now. i very disappointed.
