I bought an Ipod æoudspeakers the 30th of Dec. and I sm still waiting for the item to arrive. The company sends a standard polite email to all the claims. I have found t the internet other people scammed by this company and the emails are the same. The tactic is to let the customer wait for the merchandise with excuses like this one:"The item has been slightly delayed with Royal Mail- but will turn up with you in the next couple of days at the latest. Thank you for your patience regarding this matter." It sounds good, isn´t?
At the end the client gets tired of claiming and the owner of the company is 60 pounds richer!
