We ordered a sofa bed on the 5/9/10 which was delivered on the 9/9/10, very quick you may say, but, they delivered the wrong item, instead of a sofa bed it was just a sofa, the delivery men would not unpack it - it was in a huge box - when we unpacked it and realised that it was wrong I rang the customer services in Swindon Wilts and was told they would have to arrange for it to be collected, this they didn't do, so we rang the store we bought it from and was told the manager had left! The new manager was very helpful and arranged for the collection. Was then told if I still wanted the sofa bed I would have to wait 12 weeks! This we didn't want to do, so asked for our money back £909 which we had paid on credit card. They collected the wrong sofa on 17/9/10 and 16 working days later we are still waitng for our money. Was told we would get it back in 10-14 days!!! The girl at customer services just keeps saying it will be done! Yes, but when, we need the money! NEVER NEVER GO TO THIS COMPANY! They are incompetent and extremely unhelpful.
