I order on-line from Ez White to try a teeth whiting product for S&H only for$1.83. I made the order in July. I received the product, but I recieved my credit card bill today with a charge of $78.23 from another company called Easywhite. I did not order a product from Easywhite. I was charged $1.83 by ez White as well.

FRAUDULENT ADVERTISING, ADDITIONAL BILLING AFTER YOU CANCEL YOU SUSBSCRIPTION

I signed up for a free trial and paided for the shipping & handling to discovered when I got my charge card bill that there was two additional bills for $58.72 from them. I called there PHONE # and was told that I had to go on line and cancel out my account with them when all I ever did was order a trial shipment of a one time deal. Do I have to pay this?

I read an article about a lady in my city who had great success w/ whitening her teeth for less than $10.00. She mixed Easywhite and Dazzlewhite resulting in wonderful results much superior to either products individual results. I signed up on each website's trial offer pg and was billed a small amt . However w/in a few days I was charged approx. $78.23 by Dazzlewhite on 7/2/09 and $58.76 by Easywhite on 7/6/09. It was not easily apparent on either site that I would be billed these amts w/in a certain time frame unless I acted in some manner to cancel my enrollment. <br />
In addition I noticed a charge today on my debit card for 7/10/09 for $7.14 for some "membership" fee. When I called to inquire I was told that I signed up for this "Comprehensive Wt. Loss" program which supposedly provides me w/"great info that I can only get from dietitians and personal trainers". I cancelled my enrollment but they stated that I would not get the $7.14 back.<br />
I called Easywhite's number to cancel my enrollment. The person told me that there would be a 25% restocking fee and I would have to pay shipping and handling if I chose to return my product. She offered instead to reimburse me $35.00 and my enrollment would be cancelled w/out further charges. I could keep the product she stated.<br />

I am sick and tired of being screwed on the internet by these companys.

Easywhite labs has exponged over 150 dollars out of my bank account without sending me anything! and when I discovered the anomolie in my account I called them and at first they said they could only refund 40 dollars because too much time has passed, so I asked for a supervisor and he authorized a refund of 80 dollars and to resend the product... I would specify that this company is made upof a bunch of criminals!!! DONT DEAL WITH THEM OR SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING! THE SAME WITH ANY COMPANY THAT OFFERS SUCH DEALS... IT SEEMS THAT WE ARE NOT PROTECTED AS CONSUMERS AND OUR DEAD BEAT CONGRESSMEN SHOULD WRITE LAWS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUCH RIPPOFFS instead of sleeping at their desks! RIPPING OFF CONSUMERS IN THE "US" SHOULD BE PUNISHABLE BY PUBLIC EXECUTION!!!
