Once I recieved the product on April 22, 2009, I realize the jeopardy if I did not cancel. The accompanying light (to enhance the whitening process) did not work. So, I had these 2 reasons to call their advertized telephone # 866-660-5724. It rings, you get a recording saying it is easy to cancel, then you are asked to stay on the line for a customer service agent. After about 5 minutes of music, you get a recording asking you to leave a message. This all hapens continuously.

I then tried the 'easy route by going to www.eastwhite.com. You are presented with a means to cancel, but the system does not find me by my email address or by my name. as a customer. So I am denied any further information.
