Fraud, deceitful practices
This company alongwith MaxWhite posted deceitful ads which had you pay a nominal fee for "samples" and then billed me $78.93 on my credit card. Easywhite also ran the same scam and then billed me$78.23 on my credit card without my authorization. Upon contacting these two companies and trying to effect a refund by returning their products, they refused to accept a refund request and told me I had to pay regardless. I notified my credit card company and they advised me to return the products and obtain a delivery receipt. Once the delivery receipt is activated and the proof of return, they would credit my card. They stated that these scam artists cannot charge me if I return their products. They will get my money back despite their refusal to do so.

Fraud/ false advertizing
I too have been bitten by this scam company; I ordered 2 products the same day(April 26 a Sunday) one called 'Teeth Whiten Now' which I do not have a complaint with ( there free trial was at least a free trial) when I called to cancel they were very easy to work with and canceled no questions
asked, they also came in a timely fashion of 2 day, arrived on Tuesday, I tried it and was not satisfied with the product.
During the time I was trying it I was wondering when the other company was coming(Easy White Labs). I received the product late Friday afternoon (May 1) I tried it and it irritated my gum's so I waited another day and tried it again, the same couldn't wait to rinse the stuff out of my mouth, after the 2 try's I realized I could not use the product and called to cancel, I was referred to their easy cancellation web page and signed in and got a confirmation number.
When I called to see why I was charged I got Marie who said there was nothing she could do, and ( why I didn't call them to extend my trial offer) Who Knew!!
I asked to speak to the supervisor, and she told me Arron was busy with someone else.
She asked me for my number and said he would call me back later or tomorrow, I said I would hold and that tomorrow would be unacceptable, she said I could not hold so I said I would call back in 10 minutes. When I called back in 10 min I got Kim who said she would check with her supervisor who happened to be busy; on the other line, in a meeting, very busy man this Arron!!!

Do you think the $78.23 you charged me wouldn't be better spent keeping you customers happy?
Do you really believe this is the way to do business and stay in business?

for you rudeness and bad business!!!
