I made the purchase of this item on October 5, 2009 and received confirmation of shipment on October 9, 2009. I was told it would be 10-14 working days for shipment to the US. As of October 29, 2009 --- THE SHIPMENT STILL HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED! I've had to pay my credit card for something not received and a 12 year old boy's birthday was ruined!!! Contact with this company has resulted on no second shipment. HELP HELP HELP
