Why are Listing/bold/gallery fees already pre-selected in turbo lister?

This is my story. I've decided to try and sell on ebay couple of days ago. As I was researching on what sellers should know and tools that are offered by ebay, I decided to go ahead and install turbo-lister. After I installed it, I synchronized all of my items by Selecting all of the items that I had on ebay (102 to be exact) - and since from what I read turbo-llister helps you manage all of your items at once, so you don't have to manage item by item, correct?
What they do not tell you, is that the Listing designer fee, bold listing fee, gallery plus fee - ARE ALREADY PRESELECTED (so if you're new and using turbo-lister for the first time BE AWARE) you will end up like me with $531.50 invoice from ebay! The only thing I thought it's applying is $0.20 insertion fee, but no, this is the catch they do not tell you about!
Anyways, next day when I logged in to my ebay to see if there's anything new, sure enough there was an invoice waiting for me $531.50!!! I almost had a heart attack!
So I called ebay, and talked to one of the cust. reps. and explained to her the situation, she just kept repeating "But didn't you see that they were pre-selected" I said "NO, the whole point of me using turbo-lister is that you can load product in one move, you don't have to load them one by one. She said, but you used it, so those fees are yours and we cannot adjust them. I couldn't believe my ears! It just went back and forth with her and her supervisor Paula who told me she will submit this invoice to billing dept. so they can review it and she will let me know in 24-48 hours as to what they decide. In my eyes, this is really not OK! They encourage you to use turbolister, but they do not tell you that there are pre-selected fields which accumulate as fees. BE VERY AWARE OF TURBO-LISTER! I just can't believe it that on 07/27/10 I listed my product via turbo-lister, the next morning I realized and saw the invoice, called Ebay, and she really didn't sound promissing that she will fix this.

then I tried their ebay chat the next day, and the lady that was assisting me said she doesn't see that anyone on my account requested billing dept to review my invoice (so Paula never did anything but just hung up on me - I guess that's how they handle their business) I was in shock that this is how they treat sellers! Then I explained to her my situation and she said the same thing - there's nothing I can do. I said can you make sure you pass this information to your Manager and let me know what you guys decide. She said we sure will- this happened on 07/30/10 so I will wait at least a week to see if I get any response from them - although I doubt it - however for whater reason my invoice this morning when I checked it was for 554.31????? For what? For me deleting my products, my store, my subscription - I don't know what to say and I think I will have a heart attack because of the way these people do business!!!
I really didn't expect this from them. I've deleted all of my product and told her I don't want anything to do with ebay any longer!
When I tried to delete my whole account, it would not let me because of that fake invoice!

This is just outrageous! Any advice? Please let me know.

Till date i have not received my money or the product that i bought
I had bought a Cell Phone Through Ebay in the month of May.I paid the money in advance from my Bank accout by Cheque. I waited for a long time but the vendore did not send the phone. Then i asked Ebay for a claim and they gave me all the details of how to make the claim with ebay. Some Mr Henry was assigned the case with the claim referance number as I sent across all the details and confirmed the receipt of the details.

For a long time i did not receive any reply from them then i wrote back to them in the month of november asking for a reply and they told me that i would not get my money back. Till date i have not received my money or the product that i bought.

I sent by moneygram from a classified £3600 through an ebay ad for a car, all there logos came up right throughout the deal to the end bypassing there usual warning signs, I retain all the info they gave me but there is little I can do? any idea's. gordon.

Cancellation of listing
Removal of items (large household furniture) from listing without prior notice - due to mis-interpretation of wording used to notify buyers that items were advertised elsewhere and if no bids were placed. Than I would remove that item from sale due to receiving an acceptable offer from a buyer through the other advertisements. An unprofessional approach to dealing with clients. This has caused considerable stress and increased costs in disposing of the items concerned, as they will now have to be transported and placed in storage. This will make selling them in the future much more difficult in trying to show potential clients items in storage.
Technology is great, but you still need to talk to another person to explain your situation and to come to a satisfactory resolution for all concerned. CUSTOMER SERVICE is paramount to maintaining repeat business. The www has an enormous client base, however if you continue to "piss" them all off - soon you will have no clients.

unexplained charges
my balance due was $38.38 and now i woke up with $67.57
how? its past due.
why?
they closed all options of payment when it's still $38.38. i cant pay with paypal, credit card, nothing. now that they charge me more, suddenly credit card payment is accepted. how i know? i tried paying and clicking for 2 hours looking for a way to pay and nothing shows up.
u know what? ebay may have many users and u think its safe?
there are a lot of scammers in there and i've been scammed for a lot of money. since i joined ebay, i use it to buy cheaper stuffs as well as to start my small business.

result?
i'm scammed for more than 1000 bux with all the fraudulent sellers and the ebay itself. the charges are insane. promotional? erm.. nothing like that happened. no promotions. its 0 when u list, when u sold ur item, that 75 cents will add up to ur final value fees.. if u sell an item for like $60 bux, ur final value fee is like $20-30 erm.. which u only sell for 30 at the end - ur postal fees god knows how much u end up for..

and buyers can lie freely. they can say ohh i receive items that are not as described. and they will win. and they will be like.. oh u have to refund this buyer.. i had a case when she return the item, broke my item, and i have to refund her money for breaking my item..

i'm done with the shit.. no more..

Dishonest Sellers
I am really frustrated with eBay as a source of products and eBay could care less about what its customers think. I have bought a lot of CD's from eBay vendors and I am finding that about half of the vendors lie about the condition of their products. eBay makes it virtually impossible to complain about bad sellers because you are required to wait for days before submitting a negative review. Since it is so difficult to give an accurate review the ratings of many vendors are artificially inflated as positive reviews are easy to give and are facilitated by eBay. That is why I have very often not made a purchase because I do not fully trust the vendor. Amazon is ten thousand times better in this regard and I totally trust Amazon sellers. I guess this is why eBay stock is practically worthless when compared to Amazon.

Seller Account
Ebay charged me $16.20 twice for my seller account, they assured me three times that they would take one charge off of my account, then they said that they were not going to credit back the money. Ebay is a joke & a rip off. Not to mention the fact that they take 10% of every item sold, as well as a listing fee etc. Pay Pal charges there fees as well. Ebay also has their defaults set to charge you extra money on top of all of that, no wonder they are getting richer and the rest of us poorer.

Dishonest seller
Seller - clothingsourcelimited is a fraud. I won an item (260622332968) from them and when I went to pay, they had increased the shipping fee. When I protested and lowered is some, but still higher than listed. When I protested again, they sold the item to another bidder!
Ebay is taking NO ACTION against this seller. Just got a lot of guff from the chat line and no action!
WATCH OUT CLOTHINGSOURCEUNLIMITED IS A CROOK!!!

I have tried to access ebay using my user ID and my password but cant get logged in
I have tried to access ebay useing my user ID and my password but cant get logged in.I keep doing the same things to try to get my password, but it keeps sending me the same instructions, that just keep going over and over again.can you tell me exactly how to log in, when to put my computer name in when to put my ID name in when to put my password in Ive tried putting my password in the password slot, and it dosent work if its the wrong password let me know how I can either change it or tell me what it is. I tried to get it by going through the steps and all I got was a merry go round that went nowhere.
