I purchased a region 2 dvd from this seller knowing full well that it was from a different region. He sent me several emails telling me I had to type a certain phrase in order to get the item after I purchased it. It took me a while to get the email so I was left waiting for over 3 weeks to get the item. I was not impressed with the service, so I left neutral feedback. I guess he was not impressed with my feedback so he sent me a harassing email after I submitted the feedback. This is NOT good customer service! I would hate to think how he gets when people give him negative feedback. The scary part is he now knows where I live.

My advise is to NOT buy from seller michaelradelich. You never know how he will respond.
