I have been attempting to get a refund in the total amount of $65.00 of wich was charged to my debit card. These charges were never approved by me. The only refund I have received thus far has been $9.95 and $12.95. This leaves a balance of $42.10 to be refunded. I've been attempting to get this resolved since 6/12. When I call they refuse to let me speak to a supervisor or manager. They insist MY BANK has made the error. After calling my bank the've assured me the $42.10 has not been received by them.
Today when calling the representative could not give me the name of either the supervisor, manager, president of company, CEO etc. Along with refusng to give me this information refused to give me the address of the company.
This is simply terrible customer service, or should I say this is NO type of customer service. These people are scammers and need to be stopped!
I do not believe this call center is within the usa and of course they would not tell me where they were locatec.
