Bought a brand new PEDAL FREE WOODEN BIKE BALANCE BICYCLE from Ebigonline on Ebay but the merchandise arrived loosely wrapped in bubble wrap in 3 boxes, without an instruction manual or the source of manufacture. Some of the screws do not fit the drilled holes. Also, some of the holes are with threads but the adjacent ones are without, on the steering rod in particular. The seat was irregular in shape with unsafe staples exposed to hold the leather in place. It simply looked as if someone with carpentry knowledge copied the original and sold it without any safety feature/testing. I requested for a refund plus free return shipping but so far haven't heard back from them. Do not buy from Ebigonlin_ebay!
