I recieved a charge back from my bank on an ACH charge and I dont use checks except for bills done via my bank only. They showed up as an NSF fee I called and bank gave me a number that connected me to an airport(flag #1) the airport inturn gave me correct number (flag #2) when I called them they had a different first name on the account and different address and refused to cancel the account. They then spent 30 minutes on the phone with me and pulled up my name via google and got my address and then proceeded to ask me if I lived at that address and then said I would have to provide to them from my bank my address my account information and my full name for them to reverse the charge. On the advice of my bank I gave them no such information and I am now being forced to jump thru all these hoops to protect myself and I have chang my life around because of some fraud company. I am pissed and angry as I am the victum and niether the bank nor this company intends to give me my money back. I have notice ever since the annoucement of the no more NSF's starting in july that these things are happening more and more frequently and the banks are now very unwilling to follow thru with taking care of their customers anymore. They are making the customers investigate it themselves and get the money back from the merchants themselves and the merchants are refusing and the bank is refusing. This is why people put their money in their mattress.
