Overcharge

Overcharge. On the phone the charge was to be $9.99 a piece for one. Ordered two. The bill came to $67.58. It shoud have much less. I paid through credit card and check $67.58 Total. Today I received two more which I did not order.

Eco Canteen

Stay away from this purchase. Web Site designed to increase what you're purchasing. They also charge you shipping and handling for each item and then ship it off in one envelope. They offer you free tote bags with each item and then charge you $4.95 s/h each. Customer Service nightmare? Can't get anyone one on the phone. Customer Service number directs you to Web Chat. When you ask questions they don't want to answer they disconnect on you. Labled by may sites as a scam and I agree.
