I ordered 3 bottles and a sip top, I also recieved 3"free" totes for the bottles, I was charged $4.95 s/h for each item, even the free ones. My s/h was more than my products. The s/h was $32.90 and my total was $62.62 for three bottles. I called to try to send them back but was told I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please stay away from this company. Since this has happened I have read numerous complaints from others and only wish I had found this out before I got RIPPED OFF!
