I ordered a leather jacket for my son for Christmas. One week later, I get an email that said I didn't specify the size. (which I swear I did, but who knows, maybe not, or maybe the site order form wasn't working correctly...I'm not above giving them the benefit of the doubt.). So, I send an email right back with the size I wanted. About a week later, I phoned them and some guy answered. The background noise suggested he was in a car or outdoors, and he said he wasn't in the "office" and he would look into it and email me back about the jacket. Today is January 19th, and I still didn't get the jacket!
The company website says they have been in business for 20 years. I somehow doubt that.
Thank goodness I paid with Paypal and filed a dispute first, and then escalated it to a claim. While checking in on the Paypal site to see how it was going, it appears that they haven't answered the Paypal emails either.
I will post back to let you all know if Paypal refunded my money..which they should within a few days.
