My father wanted to be nice and order me a gift. I told him that I drive a lot and a bluetooth headset would be nice. I looked for a bit and noticed they had a good deal at www.ecost.com They were $15.00 lower then anyone else (should have told me something was up). So, I gave my father the number to call and he ordered it. It came several days later. The contents were one bluetooth headset. That's it! No rubber ear pieces or hook to go around your ear, no charger and came just dropped in a box with the receipt. The headset was completely scratched up and looked to be harshly used. I decide to call them. I talk to a guy that tells me that I am not supposed to have any ear pieces (there is no way to put it into your ear without it. I told him there is multiple scratches. He told me that he would have to charge me a second time for another bluetooth until they received it back. I informed him that it was a gift and did not want my father to have pending charge on his account. He told me "That's too bad, that's how we do it here". I asked him can you please send me a label I will send it back once you receive the item please replace it. He replied "Look, just send it back and we will issue you a refund". I told him I just want all the contents of what the item was listed with. I asked to speak with a manager I was told "NO"! I asked five times after that and then was hung up on. I did not raise my voice or use any vulgarity with him. I called back and got the same exact guy he hung up on me again.
