I ordered City Navigator NT and I received City Navigator NT ''update''.

There is a big difference in prices and content between the two products; the 2009 update product already came out when I purchased this product, so the seller Ecost.com found a deceitful way to sell their old product, because nobody wants an old update! They are liars and deceivers.

since my purchase end of October, I wrote them once, they answered me that I should call by phone their 800 number, so I called 6 times periodically in the two month following the purchase to obtain a return address and my money back, but every time they told me I will receive an Email in 24 to 48 hours with the return address.
It has been over 2 month, I received no answer, so I realize they are playing a game, I had to contact my bank and have my money back. Then they got involved again trying to keep the money!!!
But they lost because I am on top of it!!!

Unfortunately most poeple don't have the time to fight them all the way trough and they must win too often!!!

Look others complaints, it is unbelievable!!!
WE NEED TO BANKRUPT THEM, SO DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

They should not be in business.
