Last year in July 2009 I bought a house in Mountain House CA. I knew that a lot of sales guys will come to my door. So I taped a few NO SOLICITING signs so everyone can see that I'm not interested.
And a door to door EcoSure sales guy ignored my NO SOLICITING signs and while I was at work my wife who doesn't speak English very well signed the contract without knowing that the UNWANTED PEST will come 4 more times. They came the second time (only after 2 weeks to charge me for $99) and to damage my back gate. I called them and said that I don't want to see them anymore. And the PEST said that I have a signed contract.
The manager comes over to my house and I showed him the NO SOLICITING signs and the damaged gate.
Now because that sales guy came to my door and talking and forcing my wife to sign a contract do I have to pay $130 cancellation fee? Please help and let me know at [email protected] if I have to pay to the PEST. Please BUYER BEWARE - NEVER SIGN A CONTRACT AT THE DOOR. They are not doing a good job anyway.

...i could go on and on but the bottom line is, this company's product is not effective and they are deceiving people with their unethical practices.

do not use them...it does not work.
