We took our vehicle in because we were having issues with the vehicle starting. 2 days later and $1200.00 we were told our vehicle was ready. We picked the vehicle up only to find out it still was not starting correctly. 3 days later I took the vehicle to a Checkers and the guy there did a quick diagnostinc and said "I think your alternator is going bad." Unfortunaltely we were leaving on a road trip the next day- so I did not have the time to bring it back to Ed Bozarth. So the next day we drove 750 miles. The following morning the vehicle did not start. We took it to a local shop in Iowa to find out that not only the alternator was bad, but the battery was fried too. I have tried to call Ed Bozarth and resolve this with them, however their worthless service manager Chris Healy is not very proffesional. My suggestion is to not use ED Bozarth for any service work. They obviously have no clue what they are doing.
