my son ordered a trailer of bare minerals makeup and used my credit card without my permission. which was shipped by this company and since I am disable and only leave the house to go to the doctors or once in awhile to the store I do not use makeup. so I called and cancelled it right when I found out the man on the phone told me to go ahead and use it until dec 8th then mail it back and since there was no paper work that came with it I ask for the address he said that it would be emailed to me along with some number but I never recieved it I was going to call but I couldn't find the number and got side tracked looking for it since I take percocet and morphine daily. I had slept for three days and when Iwoke up at 5:00 p.m and went on line to balance my back account thats when I found that at 10:00 on dec 8th they had charge my account 130.41 the bank gave me the phone # I called them the man on the phone refuse to work anything out with me or let me speak to a supervisor either MY son thought that it was only going to cost 29.95 like says on tv instead they ripped me off 130.41 even though I cancelled on time so I went on the internet and found a p.o. box to them and my son mailed it back to them if they would have given me the address when I ask for it or emailed it in two days like they had said they would have gotten it on time. I am asking everyone to beware of any product that says trial it is nothing but a scam to rip you off I have put in a claim with my bank and the better business bureua I'm on SSD so this was my food money for the rest of this month if you know anything else I can do please email me at [email protected]

Recieved SAMPLE cosmetics not knowing I would be charged $69.41. I have to wait until Nov. 29, 2010 to call due to a Holiday. But I will be demanding my money back!

i ordered the supposedly trial offer for one dollar. no where did it say that in ten days i would be charged $130.41. if that were the case i would never have ordered it. i called and a very rude man by the name of terry told that i should have read the terms of the agreement. i told him there were no terms to be read. He told me that because i had not returned the make-up with-in ten days that i had to pay for it.there was nothing mentioned in the ad referring to any of this. ten days is not even enough time to try the make-up to see if it agrees with your skin and then get it back. he told me that i could not send it back now, that it was too late, so they deducted $130.41 from my debit card. after a heated discussion, he agreed to close my account. he gave me a confirmation number, and assured me that no further charges would be taken from my account. but none of my money was recovered. this company is ripping people off THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN AND NOT ALLOWED TO ADVERTIZE ON THE INTERNET I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISPLEASED WITH THIS SHAM AND SCAM COMPANY!

i called to tell them that i did not order product never received product and to put back the 130.00 plus overdraft fees in my acct. they said no to find out where the prod. was they would give me a tracking number i told them i didnt order it for them to find it .130.00 for something i didnt order or receive i need my money they are thives and liars can anyone out there help me lets all get together and SUE THEM

This website takes money out of your card as and when they please. Their web site is a fraud, trial offer even more.
