they offer a FREE trial for 4.95 then say to cancel membership anytime or with in 10 days to not get billed the club price of 58.00 for on going shipments. I canceled my membership right away got the make up the does not even match. got the cancle email so I thought everything was fine. Woke up and seen a 90.61 charge on my bank account from them and called to see what was going on. they said I had to return the FREE trail in 10 days to get the refund and said that was on the 23rd. I'm calling on the 24th they shipped the 14th so I said today is the tenth day. they said no the 23rd is because they count the 14th ship date as a full day??? so they can't refund the purchase. I am pissed at this point demanded to speak with a sup, then the supervisor just repeated the same thing. I asked what kind of business is this to just charge almost 100.00 dallors for make up that I can't even use and REFUSE to give a refund. She just said they same thing it's past 10 days so she can only give a partial refund of 45.00. I will never do any business with this company again. So buyer Be ware!!! they have to con you into a purchase becasue they are selling a good product!
