I ordered the Edge Elite Acai Berry product from this company under the trial period and never received my product. I looked at my bank account and I could see where Nutralane had charged me for the shipping of the product the day after I had ordered it. They charged me $3.79 for shipping. I thought nothing of it. But then one month later after not receiving the product they charged me $79.00 bucks for the product and I hadn't received it yet. I called the Nutralane and I was told they couldn't find my name in the system and they asked me to call back the following day. I also responded to their email that was sent to me and asked that they cancel my order and refund my money including shipping as I had not received the product. I called and spoke to a CS rep named Dave. I explained to him that I had not received my product and that they had charged me for this product and according to their advertisement I was supposed to receive the product first and then they charge me after 30 days. Dave told me that I could not get a refund because I had not complied with the terms of the agreement of the advertisement. I told him that I could not comply because I didn't receive the product and that his company had also not complied with the terms of their own agreement. He told me that he was sending out another order and I told him that I didn't want another order. He told me I had no choice in the matter as it was not up to me but up to the discretion of the company and they refused to refund my money. I told him that if he didn't refund my money I would report them to the BBB and also report them to my bank and they would have to deal with my bank. Now let me show you how these people work. My bank got the money back from them and put it back in my account. These Nutralane people charged my bank account again one month later and I still haven't received the product. Now I have to close my account and fill out the paper work again to get my money back. I am reporting them today to the BBB and I would advise anyone who is thinking about ordering anything from Nutralane to please beware. They are shady people and they have no problems charging your credit card or debit card fraudulently.
