We we consistantly told different rates for our loan and everytime they were called on it, they denied it. Closing costs went from no closing costs to around $5000 after all was said and done. Spent hours on the phone and faxing in documents. Was told that was it and then the next day was asked for tons more.

After the papers were signed, nothing. Not a call or message to make sure things were ok.

Not pleased with their service and lack of professionalism at all.
