The site in question is www.ediscountgascards.com. Claims to sell gas cards for 15% off face value. I tried this because some posts on the internet we positive and the were "PAYPAL Verified". My first order was filled, albeit slowly. So I ordered again. After two months the company did not ship the cards. After complaining to Paypal they canceled my order without a refund. PayPal did not make good on my complaint (so much for PayPal verified!) But I was at least happy to say that PayPal is not associated with them anymore. But they are still out there, but they are asking for a check. Please stay away!!!
