Unauthorized charges!
I got a statement from my old bank today that a check for $159.95 had been returned because I didn't have the funds. I haven't used that account in over 3 months since I moved, and only had 54 cents in it. I never authorized anything, and now I can't even get through to the company. I have tried calling three times, and have waited at least 10 minutes each time, just to be told no one could help me and to go to their website. So I try their website and it keeps directing me to different search sites. Completely bogus. I was charged an overdraft charge by my bank because of this.

Debit money out of account
EDP Card debited 159.95 out of my account. This caused an over draft in my account. I tried to call and was unsuccessful. I have also emailed them but have not gotten a response. I do have a confirmation number from my account. I don't know what EDP CARD services are.

Debited money from my account without permission!
On July 24,2007 EDP Card debited my checking account for $159.95, causing an over draft. I was charged $30.00 for this over draft. I want every dime replaced. I think that this is an outrage, and something needs to be done about this company. This is nothing more than theft, and I would like to press charges if possible.

I was ripped off too!
I had the same thing happen to me. I was browsing around for a cash advance loan and was offered a credit card and like yourself I closed the window out because of the fees that applied. I checked my bank account and $159.95 was taken out. I called my bank and they submitted some paperwork to see who was taking out of my account without my permission.

I immediately closed my checking account and re opened a new one and my bank was able to get me my money back. Hopefully yours can do the same.

Unauthorized withdrawals
On June 5, 2007 EDP Card withdrew $49.95 from my bank account using my debit card number. I did not join or ask for this card. They got the $49.95 and told me they would not return the money. Now on June 13, 2007 they wanted another $50.03. I was able to stop this payment before it was withdrawn from my account.
I don't know how they got my information to get the withdrawals. I had to cancel my debit card number and have it replaced.
How can I stop this? I do not have money to just throw away.

They took money out of my account without my consent!
I went to this site and all my information was already there and I was checking about a visa or mastercard and I clicked out of it without finishing the app. but I found out that they had already took out $159.95 out of my bank account which left me overdrawn which is costing me additional $28.00 for NSF. I only get SSI and I can not afford this kind of money took out of my bank account.

Taking money out of an account without permission
I had $49.95 taken out of my checking account without permission or any type of authorization and i want it put back with the extra amount of $25.00 for the over draft fees. All this is is a scam and its bull cr*p. When trying to call they say go to the web site or wait for customer service and that never happens.

Prepaid debit card submitted by the mistake
On may24,200, I applied for a credit card on line, and I thought that I had cancel it, but I found out later that I submitted it by mistake. I am asking edp reporting to refund me my $159.95 as soon as possible.
