Unauthorized debit
EDP Technologies presented a check with my old address on it to my bank for $99. I have tried to call their 800 number but have not been able to speak with anyone. I also sent them two emails without a response.

want my money back
this complaint is about your company, money was taking from my account unauthorized, I want my money return to my account immediately. If not I will take legal action againg EDP.
THE CHECK NUMBER THAT THE MONEY WAS ELECTRONICALLY TAKE FROM IS #77911. I WANT THIS MONEY RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS. I CALLED YALL DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS AND FOR SOME REASON I COULDN'T TALK TO ANYONE, THE TELEPROMPT CAME ON, WHAT DO YOU ALL HAVE THAT SET TO LIE TOO. IF I DON'T HEARD FROM THIS COMPANY WITHIN THE NEXT THIRTY MINUTES EITHER MY PHONE OR E-MAIL. YOU WILL HEAR FROM MY ATTORNEY.

Took Money from checking acct not authorized to do so
They took $49.95 out of my checking account for a credit card that I did not order. I went to my bank and they have put the money back in my account. Now I have to close the account and start over again!

Unauthorized charges!
They did unauthorized withdrawal from my account... for 159.95$ that is a lot of money when your a teacher and mother of 3 and out of work for 3 weeks and need to pay bills and have $ for school clothes for your kids. All this needed to last me until i went back to work. The devil entered my home yes we do have to eat crappy food and use the bare essentials just to get by that money does make a difference, but not by this company that did this another one called EVER PRIVATE yes all in the same checking period. I am getting the run around from both places web site no longer exist, phone #'s that have no meaning, well i am filing fraud charges against both companies along with NSF of 70.00 and reporting them to NBC and CBS.

Unauthorized transaction
I went online to look for a home loan... The next thing I know EDP processing took 159.95 out of my account - I know have 249.95 in overdraft and withdrawal fees. I have no money to get to work or eat... anyone have any ideas how to hurry the process of refunds? I have filled out the police report, signed the affidavits at the bank and am sitting while the board decides if this is fraudulent...
