I ordered this product on 9/24/09. They do not take credit cards, so a check was sent which was cashed on 9/30/09. Since then I have made several calls and sent several emails. Some emails were responded to, others weren't. No phone call was ever returned.

I never received the merchandise or a refund, or as I said, a phone call. I no longer even want this item but as I said I cannot even get a call from these people.
