ECI entered into an agreement with myself and PRM to have two students rent a room in my home from Sept until June 2010. Without proper notice or an agreement ECI removed the students without meeting the terms of the contract and violated the rules of tenancy termination of California. There was discussions about the concerns of the students and then not meeting the homestay requirements, not going to school, excessive use of the internet, and the homestay rules but ECI nor PRM had reached an agreement with me concerning terminating the agreement. On the last week the final student was in my home one of ECI employeess removed him from school without notifying me and I was looking for him as he didnt return from school, to later find out that he was taken after school to another home, but I was never notified that any student would be leaving. I have requested that they meet the agreement and pay as they have left me without students and vacancies. I followed all the rules that I was provided. ECI became upset when I did not have the time to take a student to the doctor for immunizations even though their own manual says that students must meet immunizaitns requirements before attending school. This was the job of the educational coordinator. PRM is a Homestay program and after agreeing to the service ECI rep. Janice, began demanding things outside the scope of the Homestay program. Such as taking students for immunizations, when no legal authorization was given to the host and this is a service that PRM Homestay does not provide.
I would like for ECI to honor their agreement with myself and PRM and pay the sum due under both agreements, $11, 900 which is due... reflecting the balance due on agreement from Sept to June 2010 for two students.
