Edward Mann (aka) Boochie, son of Thomas and Shirley Mann of Joy Lake in Forest Park Georgia, is a sad excuse of a boy. He never developed into a man so I can't call him one. He has two children that he has never taken respnsibility for. He was ordered to pay a meager amount of child support and he refuses to do so. He works but as soon as they start a garnishment of his paycheck he quits his job. He does not file taxes in his name or SSN so the IRS can not take a refund and give to his children if he never files. This nigga aint shit and neither or his parents. He has a daughter named Jazmine that is 18 or 19 that he has not supported and he has a son name AJ that is 16 that he has not supported. He likes to see his kids without ever doing anything for them and then has the nerve to want them to call him Dad. Is this nigga serious? I suppose these women in the south allow that kind of shit to go on, but I was not born in the south, I just live here and niggas like that don't get titles that they have not earned where I come from. Georgia Child support agency aint shit and everyone that work for them should be fired and then locked the fuk up for crimes against children.
