unauthorized charged

I am charged of 39.87 USD on my credit card since mai the 18th 2008, by several companies such as
DCWbilling.com (us8144009061ESP), eelimit.com (866-905-5125 GBR), Kdeweb.net (us866276040 ESP) ! Could you tell me what happened exactly?I am sure you'll give me a quick answer and a right repay! ...thankyou for all

Illegal credit card charging

When searching for an open source admin IT admin tool, I went to this site.
To receive the open source software, I had to register and give a crad nr to validate identity + fee of 3 $ to "collaborate" to the community.
I was charged of 2x 29 $ the first month without any order and the same in october.
I had to block immediately my credit card to stop this fraud since it is impossible to UNSUBSCRIBE !!!
