I placed an order with eeshops.com on February 28, 2011 for a DVD 8 disc Pocoyo Box Set. I waited a couple weeks and my package had not arrived. So, I emailed concerning my issue and was provided a website along with a tracking number for my order. Finally, on April 8, 2011 my package arrived. However, instead of an 8 disc Pocoyo Box Set I received a 4 disc Pocoyo Box Set. Of course, I email immediately to make them aware of the problem. I was promised a refund of half my purchase price. Its April 26, 2011 and I have not received the refund nor have I had any response to my email regarding the problem. I will never order anything from this site again and will make sure no one I know orders anything from them either. I'm just glad I didn't spend a lot of money with these con-artists.

Terrible customer service, terrible communication. They received Paypal payment but did not ship product ordered. After two weeks and 4 e-mails, THEY cancelled order and refunded most of the order cost, however kept $5.53 for their trouble. Do not do business with these folks - you will be disapointed! Update: come to find out the order was NOT cancelled, but rather product sent a full month after order received and paid for, despite paying $28.00 for expidited shipping! Product finally received and found out it is nothing more than software downloaded for a warez site and written to CDs. This is an absolutely terrible operation to do business with - you are better off throwing your money out of the car window.
